A Journey of Growth and Transformation
Established in 2001 as Network Marketing & Development, the company has evolved through an eventful journey rooted in nearly four decades of expertise. With a mission to streamline production processes and enhance operational efficiency in Indian industries, we began by offering LEAN consulting and training to companies such as Railcoach, Mark Auto, Neel Metal & JBM, L&T, and numerous small and mid-sized enterprises. Our growth was driven by innovation and deep-rooted capability.
In 2009, as part of a strategic realignment, Network Marketing & Development transitioned into LBE Consulting Group, which continues to operate today. LBE brought structured transformation to underperforming government institutions, leading impactful projects in collaboration with organizations like the ILO and MSME Ministry. Its breakthrough came in 2013, a landmark year that helped ignite the ‘LEAN revolution’ in India. LBE earned national recognition, including an honour from ACMA Audit in 2015.
Expanding into the private sector, JMJ LEAN Consulting was founded in 2014. Under the visionary leadership of Mr. SK Banerji, it quickly rose to become a top-tier LEAN consultancy, delivering value to clients such as Adani Group, CEBBCO, IndoAsian, and Groz Tools.
