Mr. SK Banerji is a LEAN thinker and an award-winning orchestrator of change in strategic enterprise transformation. With over 4 decades of experience in implementing LEAN principles in high-growth startups and large companies, he has developed new business models that are continually improving and inherently sustainable.

He has also played an instrumental role in deploying India’s first e-Nagare system across the value chain in the late 90s. By extending ‘flow’ to the vendor landscape of Maruti, the daily vendor movement was reduced from 350 to 50, extending a positive impact on the operation and ESG goals, well before their conception in board rooms of today.

He has worked with clients across the country on complex challenges of operational and business excellence where he incorporated pragmatic and actionable ideas that are focused on long-term results.
